The OCC Building was developed as the centralized control facility for the Lucknow Metro, enabling real-time monitoring of train movements and system operations. BIM modeling was executed for all structural and MEP elements to ensure accurate planning and installation. Integration of digital monitoring tools supported responsive decision-making and operational safety. This control hub plays a vital role in streamlining metro services and improving urban mobility management.
