Project Description
This heritage-led urban renewal project focused on streetscaping and façade enhancement along the iconic ghats of Varanasi. BIM and GIS tools were used to map pedestrian movement, lighting design, and spatial integration. An adaptive reuse strategy preserved the architectural character of old structures while upgrading them with sustainable materials. The project balanced cultural conservation with modern functionality to enhance the city's historical and urban experience.
