Project Description
This project involved the design and BIM coordination of the Operations Control Centre (OCC) for Lucknow Metro. Structural and MEP systems were modeled in detail to ensure seamless execution and installation accuracy. The facility integrates real-time monitoring tools to track train operations, power systems, and emergency responses. The BIM-led workflow enhanced efficiency, reduced risks, and supported operational continuity in one of India’s growing metro networks.
